Plastic Packaging Tax to come into effect in April

Regulations have been laid in Parliament enabling the  Plastic Packaging Tax to come into effect on April 1. 

The Finance Act 2021, Part 2 etc. (Plastic Packaging Tax) (Appointed Day) Regulations 2021
