Report published on connecting gigabit communities and rural schools: the gigabit journey

The Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport has published a report presenting research to learn how the availability of high-speed internet can impact rural primary schools.

The research took place from March 2020 to January 2021. Schools on the Rural Gigabit Connectivity Programme are due to be connected by the end of September 2021.
