Letter from Andrea Coscelli to BEIS and DCMS Ministers on the economics of music streaming

This letter responds to correspondence from the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Ministers asking that the CMA give consideration to carrying out a market study into the economics of music streaming, following a recommendation from the DCMS Select Committee. It sets out how the CMA makes decisions on markets work and the next steps it will take in this case.
