Jonathan Reynolds responds to labour market stats

“British businesses have worked phenomenally hard against all the odds over the last year. The Government must not recklessly risk our economy with a tax on jobs through their National Insurance rise, yet another furlough cliff edge for hard hit sectors and cuts to Universal Credit which will suck spending out of local high streets.

“Labour would do things differently – with our plan to buy, make and sell more in Britain, we will get our economy firing on all cylinders and invest in the skills and jobs of the future which our country needs.”
