The Lord Bishop of Oxford:...Another contribution in the Milton
Keynes seminar last week was a fine presentation from those
planning the Oxford-Cambridge Arc of which MK is in the centre. The
environmental leaders in that venture are attempting to apply Kate
Raworth’s doughnut economics as the foundation for the life of the
arc and are viewing everything through that lens. Taxation is a key
lever for government to drive environmental improvement, and I urge
