There will be a question for oral answer in the Lords on Thursday,
September 9 on the subject of the access UK-based artists and
musicians have to working in Europe. The full text of the question
is as follows... Baroness Kennedy of Cradley to ask Her Majesty’s
Government what plans they have to reduce the red tape and improve
the access UK-based artists and musicians have to working in Europe
