ACMD advice on Sunosi

Letter from the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs (ACMD) to the Minister of State for Crime Reduction and Policing on Sunosi advice.

The ACMD has evaluated the risk of abuse and physical dependency of the medicine.

The letter to Kit Malthouse recommends that the control of Sunosi under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 is not required at this time.
