Adam Afriyie (Windsor) (Con):...I am encouraged by the Minister’s
words. Will she confirm that she sees this as part of the
levelling-up agenda? Given that particular regions and social
groups have more of a challenge than others, it seems to me that it
collides well with the Prime Minister’s levelling-up agenda,
