Government changes

• Baroness Sugg resigned as a Foreign Minister following the Chancellor's announcement on November 25 of a cut to the UK's overseas aid spending
• On November 28 Nadhim Zahawi was appointed Minister for Health with responsibility for covid vaccine deployment, a temporary appointment to go along with his duties as junior BEIS Minister responsible for Life Sciences.
• David Wolfson QC was appointed Under Secretary of State for Justice on December 22 and will be elevated to the House of Lords.
