This collection contains:

Quarterly data are published in February, May, August and November alongside a statistical bulletin with detailed commentary. The exact dates for the monthly and quarterly releases are listed in the statistics release calendar.

Feedback – user engagement survey report

In July 2020 we launched a user engagement survey to understand the needs of those who use Universal Credit statistics and identify possible areas of improvement. We would like to thank those who participated in the survey for their time and comments.

We’ve published the findings of the survey and the actions we will be taking in this user engagement survey report. We will contact respondents who expressed an interest to discuss aspects of their responses, and those who commented that they would like to be part of a user group to help develop these statistics.
