Oxfam response to the Chancellor’s plan to cut aid to 0.5%

In response to the Chancellor’s announcement to reduce the
proportion of Britain’s gross national income spent on aid from 0.7
per cent to 0.5 per cent, Danny Sriskandarajah, Oxfam GB chief
