Jim Shannon (Strangford) (DUP):...In 2018, there was an explosion
of new video on demand services, such as Netflix and Amazon Prime,
which are particularly popular among young people. Ofcom’s on
demand programme service rules, governing video on demand services
such as Netflix, have no rules at all on smoking. The use of video
on demand continues to grow, so this problem will only get worse.
Is the Minister prepared to look at that issue and address it? To
