range of areas, whether it's the current issue in General Dynamics, where there's a
workforce, many of whom are in Merthyr Tydfil, but workers who
travel from further afield, or the previous issue we saw—seeing the
Member for Blaenau Gwent in the room—in Zorba, where there was a
large workforce, but we understood who they were and where they
lived. The employer and the trade unions—where they were there—were
really co-operative and encouraged people to get tested and tested
quickly, so that when we saw lots of tests being undertaken very
quickly, it meant that the case rates in some of those authority
areas rose up significantly, but we understood what that was. That
was effectively a self-contained cluster of people who all had
predictable links with each other.
