Peers to question Government on Jewish settlements on the West Bank

Lord (Menzies) Campbell of Pittenweem (Lib Dem) has a question for
oral answer today in the Lords. It is the fourth of four questions
and should be reached at some point after 11.30am. It concerns
Jewish settlements in the West Bank in Israel. It will be asked and
answered "virtually" as will any supplementaries. We will send out
the transcript as soon as it is available, which should be later
