Dame Diana Johnson (Kingston upon Hull North) (Lab): May we
have a debate about the role of private sector train companies that
manage train stations and provide substandard facilities for
passengers? In Hull, TransPennine Express built new toilets and a
waiting room in 2018, but by April they were seen to be botched.
The toilets smell of urine and the waiting room is not suitable. I
was told in December 2018 that they would be fixed by 2019, but we
