commemorate the 101st anniversary of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre
in the Punjab in India. Last year, I led a debate in Westminster
Hall, as we approached the centenary, and asked the Government to
apologise. May we now have a debate in Government time and an
opportunity for the Government to apologise on behalf of the
