Lords to debate the safety of smart motorways

As you will see when we send out the forthcoming business tomorrow,
there will be a debate in the Lords on the safety of smart
motorways on Thursday, February 13th. It will be led by
Conservative Peer Baroness McIntosh of Pickering
and Baroness Vere of Norbiton will respond for the Government.
It will start at around 2pm and will be time limited to 60
