larger manufacturers. We are also looking to invest in the enabling
infrastructure, to enable our workers to get to work by rail, tram
and bike. That approach is building a true industrial commons,
where academia, the public sector and businesses come together in a
way that puts us in the vanguard of the reindustrialisation of the
north...
