We can now say, with slightly more confidence than earlier, that..
1) State Opening of Parliament and Queen's Speech will be on
Thursday, December 19. 2) The EU Withdrawal Bill (Brexit Bill) will
be introduced on Thursday (First Reading) 3) The Commons will sit
from 9.30am - 2.30pm on Friday, December 20 for the second reading
debate on the EU Withdrawal Bill (Brexit Bill) 4) A motion will be
passed on Friday to enable the House to rise at close of business
