I’m not intending to go through each of the report’s
recommendations—I have been clear in my response to the committee,
and if the Chair wants further clarity, I’m happy to provide that.

Education Union, from NAHT, from the Association of School and College
Leaders, from Undeb Cenedlaethol Athrawon
Cymru—our various union stakeholders...

schools, as did . As the Minister has
highlighted, there are very diverse views on that. We had some
evidence from unions like the Association of School and College
Leaders that said that they would welcome a national
funding formula for Wales, but, of course, local government were
very opposed to that in the inquiry. What the committee has
sought to do is to try to ensure that we have a consistent
approach to funding, and that is very much our focus...
