next week is in a state of "flux" at the moment! Events are moving
so fast that next Monday Parliament could either be prorogued prior
to a Queen's Speech on October 14, or dissolved (or the process set
in motion) prior to a General Election on October 15th or later. In
extreme circumstances, it is possible that neither of things will
happen and a third possibility (unknown to most of us at this
