Spellar to PM: Build British ships with British steel and create British jobs

In Theresa May’s penultimate Prime Minister’s Questions, former
Defence Minister John Spellar called on the Prime Minister to
instruct the Ministry of Defence to build the Royal Navy’s new
support vessels in ‘British yards, securing British jobs, using
British steel.’ Spellar pointed out that all other major European
