England as one of those pilots. The Active Communities
project is designed to tackle inequality among older adults, women,
young families and BAME people. I agree that that is a key
legacy, albeit an extremely tough one to deliver—it has not
necessarily been delivered in the past and certainly not in the
last two cases...
