As you will see by looking at the business later, or when we send
out the forthcoming business tomorrow, the Draft Climate
Change Act 2008 (2050 Target Amendment) Order 2019 will be debated
in the Lords next Wednesday, June 26. As it is an affirmative
order, it has to be debated in both Houses. It is not yet known if
it will be debated in the Commons chamber or a delegated
legislation committee, but that might become clearer in the next
