Written statement on the Motoring Agencies Business Plans 2019 - 20 - Mar 28

Jesse Norman (Minister of State for Transport): I am pleased to inform the House of the publication of the 2019-20 business plans for the Department for Transport’s Motoring Agencies - the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and the Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA).

The business plans set out:

1. the services each agency will deliver and any significant changes they plan to make;

2. the resources they require; and,

3. the key performance indicators, by which their performance will be assessed.

   These plans allow service users and members of the public to understand the agencies’ plans for delivering their key services, implementing their transformation programmes, and managing their finances.
