Legal Opinion on Joint Instrument and Unilateral Declaration concerning the Withdrawal Agreement

Today, the Attorney General wrote to the Prime Minister setting out his legal opinion on the Joint Instrument and Unilateral Declaration concerning the Withdrawal Agreement.
