The Pesticides and Fertilisers (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

This instrument is one of a set of three statutory instruments that will make corrections to the EU plant protection product regulatory regime, so that it can continue to operate effectively after the United Kingdom (UK) leaves the European Union (EU).

This instrument makes amendments to secondary legislation relating to that regime. In preparation for EU Exit, the instrument also amends domestic legislation to transfer functions under the EU pesticides legislation to the Welsh Ministers.

Finally, the instrument updates out of date references and provisions in the Ammonium Nitrate Materials (High Nitrogen Content) Safety Regulations 2003.
