Draft Financial Services (Distance Marketing) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

This SI will make amendments to UK secondary legislation related to the UK’s distance marketing of retail financial services regime to ensure that it continues to operate effectively in a UK context once the UK leaves the EU, in any scenario. The draft instrument is still in development. The draft SI will be published in due course. HM Treasury intends to lay this SI before Parliament before exit.
