Draft Solvency II and Insurance (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

This SI addresses deficiencies in retained EU law for the prudential regulation of the insurance sector that arise from the UK’s withdrawal from the EU. It seeks to ensure that the legislation continues to operate effectively from exit. The draft SI will be published in due course. HM Treasury intends to lay this SI before Parliament in the autumn.
