Dr Liam Fox (Secretary of State for International Trade and
President of the Board of Trade): The Prime Minister has
approved two new appointments to the Trade Envoy programme. Sir
Henry Bellingham MP has been appointed as the Prime Minister’s
Trade Envoy to Libya and Tim Loughton MP as the Prime Minister’s
Trade Envoy to Mozambique and Democratic Republic of Congo. These
new appointments take the total number to 32 parliamentarians
