Neil Findlay (Lothian) (Lab): Across West Lothian, First is
reducing the frequency of bus services and cutting routes, which is
impacting on thousands of passengers who rely on buses for work, to
reach public services such as hospitals and general practitioner
surgeries, or for shopping and socialising. Bus passengers and
communities appear to have no rights when it comes to service
