companies that serve a higher proportion of rural residents. I join
the Federation of Petroleum Suppliers in calling on the
Government to consider a step change to “The Clean Growth
Strategy”, because modern, high-efficiency oil-condensing boilers
could help to reduce carbon emissions and fuel costs by 30 per
