MP alleges tax-fraud in Melrose takeover of GKN

During Prime Minister’s Question time in the Commons today, Jack
Dromey said: "Disturbing evidence has come to light of a hedge fund
scam to buy shares in GKN whilst avoiding paying tax." Theresa May
said the takeover was primarily a commercial decision. "If the hon.
gentleman has evidence of illegal activities that have taken place,
