Lord Freeman (Con):...The Department for Education has lead
responsibility for the skills revolution, especially technical
education, and T-level training in digital and construction skills
has already been introduced. However, I hope that this
initiative—perhaps the Minister will have an opportunity to comment
briefly on this—will be expanded much more widely and as soon as
possible. It has been supported by companies,
including Rolls-Royce and Fujitsu in particular.
