that the Scottish Parliament is debating climate change and
transport in the same week, because they are intrinsically linked.
Last year, rail travel increased yet again, but it is disappointing
that we have seen a drop in bus travel. The Scottish Government has
doubled its investment in infrastructure to support cycling, and is
